The Henry & Laura Huth Charitable Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Copley, Ohio, dedicated to perpetuating the legacy of generosity and compassion exemplified by its namesakes, Henry and Laura Huth. Chartered in 2000 by family members inspired by the Huths’ lifelong commitment to supporting children in need, the Foundation focuses on empowering at-risk infants, children, and young adults in Northeast Ohio and beyond.
Our mission is to provide these vulnerable youth with the tools to build solid foundations for success—through positive encouragement, educational opportunities, and a profound sense of possibility. We achieve this by funding vital programs that promote adoption, youth development, vocational training, and family support. Notable initiatives include grants to organizations like Open Arms Adoptions, which facilitates loving placements for infants and children; Project REBUILD, a YouthBuild affiliate offering high school completion and construction skills training to at-risk teens; and St. Mary’s School of Akron, a Catholic school providing faith-based education and support to underserved students.
Over the years, we’ve proudly awarded hundreds of thousands of dollars to community partners, fostering brighter futures one child at a time. Whether through our annual Huth Invitational Golf Benefit or memorial contributions in honor of loved ones, every act of support helps us honor the Huths’ ideals of disciplined giving and heartfelt kindness.
