While we stepped away from active construction, we redirected our energy into creating lasting value for our community—developing Sawmill Run Business Place at 1245 South Cleveland Massillon Road as a thriving commercial hub, launching Secur-A-Space in 1976 to meet local storage needs, and founding the Henry & Laura Huth Foundation to support adoption, housing, and families in need.

Our Growth

We expanded our original construction expertise into strategic property development, transforming the land at 1245 South Cleveland Massillon Road into Sawmill Run Business Place—a bustling complex that now supports dozens of local businesses with flexible retail, office, warehouse, and storage spaces.
In 1976, we launched Secur-A-Space, meeting a growing demand for secure, accessible self-storage and becoming a trusted resource for residents and companies throughout Northeast Ohio.
Our commitment to giving back took formal shape with the Henry & Laura Huth Foundation, which has awarded more than $1.2 million in grants since 2004—fueling adoption services, housing rehabilitation, and family support across the region.
